YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. Voila LLC (“Sponsor”), c/o The Zia Firm, LLP 18 W 18th St. Fl. 6, New York, NY 10011.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., 18 or older. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period open through December 11th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

4. How to Enter. Email tickets@voilateam.com with either (a) your ticket confirmation for any show on the tour, or (b) your name and the word “ENTER.”; Both methods receive equal entries. Limit one (1) base entry per person.

5. Bonus Entries. Receive one (1) bonus entry for each eligible person who enters by either method and names you in their entry email, up to 10 bonus entries per person.

6. Drawing. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 12th, 2026 from all

eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of entries received.

7. Prize. $2,000 cash, paid by check or electronic transfer. Winner is responsible for all taxes; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099.

8. Winner Notification. Winner will be notified by email and must respond within 3 days and return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Release, and IRS Form W-9 within 7 days, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. General. Sponsor may disqualify entries submitted by fraudulent or automated means. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from the Giveaway or the prize. Governed by the laws of the State of California. Entrant information is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy which is made available on entry.

10. Winner’s Name. Email tickets@voilateam.com within 60 days after the drawing.
